Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear (including soles). Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface.

In the original packaging (including box and tissue paper) and with any tags attached (as applicable).

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are returned worn, damaged, altered, or missing packaging may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
How to Start a Return
You can initiate your return via the KAMI returns portal. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a return authorization and a prepaid return label with instructions.
Returns are free of charge. Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges (Same Style, Different Size)
We offer one free exchange for a different size of the same style/model per pair purchased, provided the item meets the return eligibility requirements above.

Start an exchange via the KAMI returns portal within 14 days of delivery and request the size you need.

We’ll issue a prepaid exchange label and ship the replacement size at no additional cost once your original item is received and inspected.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund per the Returns terms.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact cx@shopkami.co immediately (ideally within 48 hours) with photos so we can make it right. Items damaged through wear are not considered defects.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Any such items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Refused Shipments
If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or denial. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
